From Sat 26 Feb for 13 weeks (3hrs per week)
Course sessions will take place at Watershed each Saturday for 13 sessions from Sat 26 Feb – Sat 28 May (EXCLUDING Sat 23 April). The session times will be from 1300hrs – 1600hrs
A minimum of one hour’s additional work outside of these times each week will be required of participants
The course is free and selection is by application.
Processing is a programming language built for the electronic arts and
visual design communities. This free opportunity is open to creative people based in the South West from different backgrounds such as artists, filmmakers, musicians, performers, designers and media producers. Participants must demonstrate experience with an interactive programming application such as Flash. The course will teach skills in Processing whilst developing project ideas through to production of a finished piece. Work in progress, documentation, discussion and finished pieces will be showcased online as part of Electric Pavilion.
